As you see from the photograph I am a chef, (more exactly Executive Chef of The Great National Abbey Court Hotel, Nenagh, Co Tipperary, ROI.) I trained as Chef after completing a B.A. in Hotel and Catering Management but burned out when I moved to the States in 1990. From there I returned to College and ended up working as a Dub tech at General Television Network in the Suburbs of Detroit. I subsequently went on to become a producer at MaCamm Erickson, Detroit. In 1996 I started my own post production company, Cabin Fever Productions, in Waterford M.I.

In 2002 I returned to Europe and worked as a sales director for 2 years before setting up a VOIP related Company in Munich Germany. In 2006 I returned to being a chef and settled down in rural Ireland. I started using Blender in January 2018. In April I bought myself a proper computer after working and learning Blender on a MAC.
